In compliance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of April 27, 2016 of the European Parliament and of the Council on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data, Organic Law 3/2018 of December 5 on the Protection of Personal Data and Guarantee of Digital Rights, and Law 34/2002 of July 11 on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce (LSSI-CE), EHLIS, S.A. (hereinafter, EHLIS) informs users that it has created profiles on Social Media platforms with the main purpose of promoting its products and services.

The user has a profile on the same Social Network and has decided to join the page created by EHLIS, S.A., thereby showing interest in the information published on it. By joining our page, the user gives consent for the processing of personal data published on their profile.
The user may access the privacy policies of the Social Network at any time and configure their profile to ensure privacy.
EHLIS, S.A. has access to and processes the user’s public information, especially their contact name. This data is only used within the Social Network and is not incorporated into any file without the user's prior explicit consent.
Regarding the rights of access, rectification, erasure, and objection, which may be exercised before EHLIS, S.A. in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679, users should note that, due to the nature of social networks, such rights will generally need to be exercised directly with the Social Network.
EHLIS, S.A. WILL CARRY OUT THE FOLLOWING ACTIONS:

- Publish on the user’s profile any information already posted on the EHLIS, S.A. page

- Post page updates that may appear on the user’s profile
The user can always manage their connections, remove content that is no longer of interest, and restrict with whom they share information by accessing their privacy settings.
MINORS’ DATA
Access to and registration on this Social Network is prohibited for persons under 14 years of age. Access to the official EHLIS, S.A. site is also prohibited for minors under 14.
If the user does not meet this requirement, EHLIS, S.A. informs them that they must have authorization from their parents or legal guardians to access and use the official site.
EHLIS, S.A. disclaims any liability arising from the use of its official site by minors or users who do not meet the stated requirements. In any case, their legal representatives shall be solely responsible.
PUBLICATIONS
Once the user has joined the EHLIS, S.A. page, they may post comments, links, images, photographs, or any other multimedia content supported by the Social Network.
The user must, in all cases, own the rights to such content or have the consent of third parties. Any publication that violates morality, ethics, good taste, or decency, or infringes intellectual or industrial property rights, image rights, or the law, is strictly prohibited.
In such cases, EHLIS, S.A. reserves the right to immediately remove the content and may permanently block the user.
EHLIS, S.A. is not responsible for content freely published by users.
Users should be aware that their posts will be visible to other users and are therefore primarily responsible for their own privacy.
Images published on the page will not be stored in any file by EHLIS, S.A., but will remain on the Social Network.
CONTESTS AND PROMOTIONS
EHLIS, S.A. reserves the right to conduct contests and promotions in which users connected to its page may participate. The terms and conditions of each will be published on the Social Network platform.
All such activities will comply with the LSSI-CE and any other applicable regulations.
The Social Network does not sponsor, endorse, or administer any of these promotions, nor is it associated with them.
ADVERTISING
EHLIS, S.A. will use Social Networks to promote its products and services. If it processes contact data for direct marketing purposes, it will always comply with the requirements of the GDPR, LOPDGDD, and LSSI-CE.
Recommending the EHLIS, S.A. page to other users so they can benefit from promotions or stay informed is not considered advertising.
